All I Can Say tells the story of Shannon Hoon, lead singer of the legendary rock band Blind Melon. This film displays the life of Hoon from his creative process, to his band’s rise to fame and the struggles of addiction. The unique footage captured is from the eyes of Hoon during the time he filmed himself from 1990 – 1995 before his sudden death.
